Is it time to Decertify, lets look at the facts:

The Teamsters and theirs grievance procedure, remember you have just regular people representing you, these people aren't attorneys, and the NLRB gives them great range before you will win a case against them for misrepresentation.

The connection to Democrats, for what, I’ll never know. Whenever one sends a package UPS you are supporting the Democratic party.

Hiring practices at union companies.

The company gets their friends and relatives in; these people could care less about unionism and then the few union people are easily harassed.

Politicians and union officials playing politics against the members, like they did with NAFTA, now watch them do the same thing against the majority with immigration laws. Thanks for playing me you scumbags!

Aug. 2007 28.35 per hour plus COLA, $ 327.70 per week health and welfare contribution allocated among the respective Trust Funds as the local union sees fit. What a punch of garbage!  I bet the bread people are very happy! George Hamilton recording sec. Teamsters L. 344 claims he doesn't know what his company contributes on his behalf , to our health fund!

Pension per week as of Aug. 2007 $ 308.00

For full time employees the yearly accrual rate is a $ 101.00 which means for every year worked you accumulate $ 101 towards your pension which can be collected at age 59 1/2 without penalty. (Example : I worked for UPS for 20 years and am 60 years old, if I wanted to retire today I would be eligible to collect $2020.00 per month for the rest of my life.) Part-timer accrual rate $ 50.00 per year worked.

Mileage rates, for premium service mileage runs as of Aug. 2007 64.24 cents per mile for single trailers, 65.65 cents a mile for double trailers, and 67.05 cents a mile for triple trailers. And road expense of $25.00 for each 1000 miles traveled. All delays are paid for ,late loads, unscheduled work on property, accident delay, or on road equipment breakdown. At $28.38 per hour straight time and time and half at 42.57 per hour.

So lets review what we have here as of Aug. 2007, 1310.80 for health insurance per month, $1232.00 per month for pension per full time person.

UPS is still pressuring people to donate money to (United Way), and the local union refuses to address the issue.

Business agent Bob Weber (Teamsters Local 344, and International) during my discharge hearing refused to talk to me, and asked me never to talk to him again, then Mr. Weber told me he could have got my job back. How did my business agent now my discharge hearing was going to be upheld, this is the type of harassment one can expect from the Teamsters . Please write (e-mail) Rogerradio.org with any and all instances of abuse from union officials.

Can anyone tell me which union official at Local 200 Teamsters called the police on the members that wanted answers when the local announced a health benefit reduction? Please e-mail answer to Rogerradio.

The pension funding levels keep dropping, which means get prepared for the government to take over the pension fund, and guess what it will be at a much reduced rate. I remember when I gained full time status in 1994, and around that time I asked my business agent (Bob Weber) what was the funding level of the pension fund, for Teamsters L. 344 he told me it was 90% give or take a point depending on how our investments were doing. Now today our funding level at last report is 66% , 13 years later and we are down 24% , I would say that keeping Paul Lovinus in office at L. 344 is very unwise. I would suggest a change of leadership as soon as possible, Mike Hammer out of Oshkosh seems to be the right choice!

Teamsters business agent Bob Webers refusal to adhere to the contract and hear grievances every 30 days, what terrible representation. And he threatened me by refusing to process my grievance until I apologized to a union steward . Can a business agent legally do this? Please write Roger@Rogerradio.org.

Dereliction of Duty , by Lt. Col. Robert "Buzz" Patterson, USAF (Ret.)

The eyewitness account of how Bill Clinton compromised Americas national security.

"What, in my patriotism and sense of duty, I had not been prepared for was to serve in close proximity to our commander in chief in the White House, on Air Force One, and elsewhere, bearing the nuclear football that was the most fearful responsibility the president bore, and to find that he- the man who led our country and our armed forces-regarded the military with contempt, his duties as a playground for ambition and personal perquisites, and the country as a mass to be manipulated rather than defended."
This is what you get when you get labor unions involved in politics.
