There is something seriously wrong with the way the Chinese government is able to buy about 30 billion a month worth of U.S. treasuries a month. I have never heard of a system that takes all the profits from the local companies and buys U.S. government bonds. Plus why would the U.S. government allow such a system ? I thought profits were to go to investors. Is there that much profit being generated here ? And if this is the case, the U.S. is really stupid. With a system like this the U.S. government is doomed. This is not capitalism, nor is China ever going to benefit the world doing this to the lead world nation. This is communism, and why are we involved in this type of business ? China is destroying the American free enterprise system. There is no level playing field with all the Asian countries, so lets stop doing business with all of Asia. The U.S. government has no right to allow this unfair type of business. Like I’ve said before the college students today are a bunch of rocks. Why are the news people not reporting about these huge unfair business practices. Especially Senator Herb Kohl, with his Kohl’s department store, where most of the products sold in the store are made in China. Lets also not forget that Senator Kohl is supposedly a democrat, or for the working men and women of this country, ha, what a joke, or should I say, what a Jew !

What a great article this weekend in The New York Times, ” S.E.C. Changes Policy on Firms’ Admission of Guilt”. Wow am I proud to be an American again. This would have never happened during a Republican majority. According to story the S.E.C. will no longer allow defendants to say they neither admit nor deny civil fraud or insider trading charges when, at the same time, they admit to or have been convicted of criminal violations. The S.E.C. use to allow paying a fine without admitting wrongdoing. The new policy also applies to cases where a company or an individual enters an agreement with criminal authorities to defer prosecution, or not to be prosecuted as part of settlement. Wow, what a great day for stockholders. I can hardly believe the S.E.C. has done this, I say Hurray again for the people of America ! They are definitely doing jail time now ! Hurray for the working man ! No wonder so many Chinese companies are de-listing from the U.S. stock exchanges. This will make U.S. listed companies much more solid than any of their counterparts of foreign exchanges. There will be no reason to invest in foreign lands any more, why take the chance when America has such a high standard here. Cu-do’s to America.

And if the Republicans get in they will give away all that Americans have gained in laws governing the U.S. stock exchange. Sarbanes Oxley is a law that prevents corporate dishonesty, and to water this down, is a crime against middle America. Why ? Because these are the masses that certain unscrupulous investment people are trying to target. Eventually the middle class people and their 401k’s will amass a lot of wealth. The American government can not allow these types of business practices just to shift wealth, and that’s what they want, they want an in. This appears to be the case with the Japanese and the U.S. government. The Japanese should be considered currency manipulators, but the U.S. refuses to bring these charges up, why ? Let’s not forget Japan was the one that enabled Russian nuclear subs to run silent. Japan sold technology that America had developed for the U.S., not our enemies. Why does the U.S. government continue to screw it’s own people ? Bring Japan up on currency manipulator charges. We were so right to nuke these idiots. With China and Japan manipulating their money we in America will not be able to get our money back from these scum suckers, they are just like the fish they keep. Nor will our workers ever be able to be affordable in the world market place. But yet we allow these idiots to steal our technology. Thanks Uncle Sam for fucking me hard. The government should immediately implement this bill. That would instill in me that the American system does work. The media will make or brake us. Sarbanes Oxley should definitely be strengthened, please Mr. President do not cave in to corporations just to be given a guarantee of job creation. If the president does this he should not be re elected. Do my fellow Americans see how evil corporate America is. How many people caught this beautiful full page ad from Michael R. Bloomberg, Mayor of New York ? The Mayor goes on to talk about all the fossil fuels we burn and how out dated this technology is. And the Mayor deserves a pat on the back for writing this wonderful ad. I thought for sure President Obama would have been smart enough to implement all the new technology we have to by pass this latest economic down turn. But of course I am wrong. President Obama has been a dismal failure when it comes to the economy. This is just so sad for so many Americans that could have been working, and so much pollution that we could have spared from our environment. Wake up USA we are destroying our environment ! Yes even with Sarbanes-Oxly, the good people of the US are being ripped off. You know who can verify what I say, and how really bad it has become, just talk to any good math teacher. Really I am so sup-prized this group off people has not been making people aware how serious a problem it has become. It seems everyone is so afraid of of speaking up, and the news papers are not telling the stories they should be. For example, if the USPS (US Postal Service) is running in the red losing money, why are the not trying to get into the money making package industry. Everyone knows its cheaper to send a package through the mail yet this company is not advertising, nor are they trying to get any big online package company work. It sure as hell seems there is a conspiracy between UPS and the US postal service. UPS nets 3.5 billion a year, the postal service is cheaper yet they are not trying to get any of this business, wonder why ? Maybe because the Teamsters and the postal unions are some how connected. Isn’t it just common sense that the US postal service should get into this business especially seeing that letter volume is down. This is so corrupt here, the post master should be jailed. This also brings up the fact of talk radio hosts talking down talking Sarbanes- Oxly. Why ? Because they want corporate America to be-able to steal from the people so they can get a bigger return on their stocks. It’s about time the Standard & Poors rating agency has knocked the USA out of it’s triple AAA rating, you can see the US is headed for trouble, especially the way the US does business. Have China make everything and we will market it. And to make matters worse we are moving our research and development to China. This is so stupid, why do we not have a level manufacturing playing field. The USA can not continue on this path, we will never be able to pay these people back, or is this the true US intentions. No lie ! Sorry it’s been awhile people, I’ve decided to just let some time pass because of the way news was being reported. I read the Wall Street journal and the Financial Times just about every day and let me tell you there is some real bull-shit going down here. Today I would like to approach the way the Republicans are holding the USA ransom over our debt ceiling. Do you realize how they have already guaranteed a double dip recession. These people are not thinking at all, they are now going to cause the USA to pay more to borrow money, there by forcing the government to raise the debt ceiling, there by destroying any hope we had to keep our economy rolling. This is just inexcusable. This is un-American, all because someone they don’t like is running the government. The election is over, the people have voted, now make our government work for everyone. Stop this petty arguing now. Get more people working, do your jobs ! The rich people will not be hurt here, at least not in the first round of the battle. But the poor people are the majority, and so are the Democrats, we should be working to help everyone. So why are the Republicans taking the stance they are now ? The damage has already been done now there is going to be real trouble ! No matter who is president the US will now have to pay more to borrow. So how are the Republicans helping the American people ? What have they accomplished to help the majority of American people ? Shame on Republicans ! Let the American people remember the Democrats were handed this financial mess, Bush signed the first stimulus package ! Why should investors have to demand clarity on shale gas ? It’s just terrible that stock holders should have to beg for more transparency on shale gas as concerns about environmental risks worry investors. In the U.S. we have the E.P.A., in foreign countries they have nothing like the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. So when peoples home water wells in foreign countries get polluted they are just screwed. I’m talking about water pollution from hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling for gas which creates regulatory risk, legal liability, and threatens a companies reputation, there by sending a corporations stock down. I mention this because people in the U.S. have been able to light their tap water on fire. Can you imagine not having an agency like the E.P.A.? It is little things like this meant to protect Americans, but add cost to getting commodities like gas out of the ground. Thank God we have this agency to protect us, other nations are no where near us having this type of protection. So why would Republicans want to take away this type of protection ? This leads me to wonder who is more important in the U.S., a corporation, or people ? It is so sad to see our government choosing companies over people. And the cost of this makes it hard for U.S. companies to compete, but only because of the screwed up way our government is trying to force us to compete. I like the protection of an agency like the E.P.A. and to try to tie their hands is a step back wards. Actually to try to compete with any of these foreign nations is wrong and is running the U.S. bankrupt. Thanks Uncle Sam for fucking your own people into the ground. So many countries around the world are having the same problem, another big one is Brazil. China is causing huge trouble there with their cheap knock-offs. People this must stop, we are killing ourselves, and China is corrupting us because they have tons of U.S. cash. What is happening here is a vote is worth less than a dollar, and it is suppose to be the other way around. This must stop !
